Share KYC is a platform that lets you verify your KYC and identity data once and then share it under control through encrypted links. Instead of sending ID scans by email, you release exactly what is required for each occasion.
Your identity is verified via SmartIdent (AutoIdent) or by uploading your ID document. The identity check is carried out by signteq.io. The verified personal data is then stored directly in your profile.
Common official photo IDs such as national identity cards and passports from the EU and EEA are supported. On upload, the relevant fields are imported in a structured way.
All personal data and documents are stored encrypted with AES-256 in the Secure Vault. Content remains protected even if the database is accessed.
Data processing takes place exclusively on servers within the European Union. Data processing agreements are in place.
Yes. Data minimisation, access control, logging and EU hosting are the foundation of the platform. For each share you only release the fields that are actually needed.
Only recipients of a valid share link — and only the fields and documents you selected for that share. There is no blanket disclosure.
For each link you set the validity period, access limit and download permission. That way you decide exactly how long and how often your data can be accessed.
Yes, every share can be revoked at any time. The link then becomes invalid immediately and the data can no longer be accessed.
Only if you explicitly allow downloads for that share. Otherwise the content can only be viewed.
Yes. Every access is logged and you are notified. The log is traceable for audits and compliance.
Once the validity period ends or the access limit is reached, the link becomes invalid automatically. Recipients then no longer have access to your data.
